Beta Testing Notice

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoleSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Beta Testing Agreement

2.1 Beta Software Disclaimer

RoleSnap is provided "AS-IS" for beta testing purposes. We make NO WARRANTIES of any kind, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Reliability or uptime guarantees
• Data accuracy or preservation
• Freedom from bugs or errors

2.2 Analytics & Feedback

As a beta tester, you agree that we may:

• Collect usage analytics and session recordings
• Monitor your interactions with the software
• Use your feedback to improve the product
• Contact you for product testing and feedback

2.3 Changes & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or remove features at any time
• Discontinue the beta program without notice
• Delete beta data after testing concludes
• Change pricing before general availability

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the software
• Spam or abuse the service
• Share your account with others
• Scrape or automatically extract data

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (job role snapshots, descriptions, etc.). By using RoleSnap, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content
• Share content you explicitly mark as "public"
• Use anonymized content for product improvements

5.2 Our Content

RoleSnap's software, design, and branding remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our code or assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: As beta software, RoleSnap is provided without any liability for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service downtime or unavailability
• Bugs causing business disruption
• Inaccurate or misleading results
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use RoleSnap at your own risk during the beta period.

7. Data Backup

While in beta, we recommend maintaining backups of any critical content. We cannot guarantee data preservation or recovery.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Abusive or harmful behavior
• End of beta testing period
• Any reason during beta testing

9. Pricing & Payment

During beta testing, RoleSnap may be free or discounted. Pricing may change when the product reaches general availability. Beta users will be notified before any charges apply.

10. Privacy & Analytics

Your use of RoleSnap is subject to our Privacy Policy. By participating in beta testing, you consent to analytics collection as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms during the beta period. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
